Returns & Cancellations
Return Policy
In order to return merchandise, an RMA
number must be obtained from our customer service department.
The merchandise may be Unopened
(except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) in order for a return
to be acceptable and processed and in its original condition, including
original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt. A refund will be
issued less any shipping/gift wrapping charges.
Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if:
Merchandise is returned without an RMA number
Merchandise is returned after 30 days
Merchandise is not returned in its original, manufacturers
condition
Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items due
to health reasons.
Please make your selections carefully.
We
require the following information to process your return. (If
this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)

All returns must be shipped back to The
Scents South Africa using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, Post Office with
tracking number, DHL/POST NET)
Any package that has not been received by The Scents South Africa and tracking
information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.
Damaged
Merchandise:
Please contact our customer service department for an RMA. Upon receipt of the
damaged merchandise a refund will be issued and an email confirmation with the
total amount credited will be sent.
Note for
Dropship customers:
If your customer is requesting a replacement/reship of the merchandise, it
is your sole responsibility to process a new order.
Undeliverable
Packages:
If your package is returned Nazania Stitches (Pty) Ltd marked as "refused",
"unclaimed", or "undeliverable", a refund will be issued
for the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancel Your Order
Since we use automated order processing and
warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has

Claims
You must notify us within 15 days from the
date of your order if you have not received your package.
